About ROSSA (Poca)

"Nature’s fresh morning sparkle captures the essence of “Rossa”, which in Ukrainian means “dew” — the young, talented vocal trio from Montreal. Natalia Bedik, Nina Semchyshyn, and Sonia Kulycky are ready to “wow” their audience through their performance of Ukrainian and English song in captivating harmonies."

We have performed at the Toronto Ukrainian Bloor Street Festival (where we won "Best Performance" in the Youth Category in 2012), the Montreal Ukrainian Festival, the Ukrainian Embassy in Ottawa, the Albany Ukrainian Festival, the Mississauga Ukrainian Festival, St. Sophie’s Church 90th Anniversary, KYK Ukrainian World Congress’s 50th Anniversary Banquet, the Father Josaphat Jean Scholarship Awards Banquet, weddings, malankas, fundraisers, etc, to name a few. Eventually, this led to us recording and releasing our first ever CD in September 2015! We were also featured alongside well-known bands “Lemon Bucket Orchestra” and “Ukrainia” in a documentary sponsored by Rogers called “Spivanka”, meaning “little song”. We were also interviewed and featured in Montreal’s RAZOM Magazine in August 2017. With all these past wonderful experiences and opportunities, we look forward to what the future holds for us and are excited about continuing to share our love of music with you!
